We stand behind the quality and care of our live plants. If your plants arrive dead or in poor condition, you’re covered under our 24-Hour DOA Policy.

✅ What’s Covered

  • Plants that arrive DOA (dead on arrival)

  • Plants that are severely damaged due to shipping

  • Orders that are lost in transit or misdelivered (based on tracking)

🕒 What You Need to Do

  1. Notify Us Within 24 Hours
    Contact Us within 24 hours of delivery (as shown by the tracking number).

  2. Include the Following:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the plant(s) in their original packaging

    • A photo of the shipping label on the box

💡 Important Notes

  • Do not dispose of the plants or packaging until we’ve reviewed your claim.

  • We may offer a refund, store credit, or replacement at our discretion.

  • Plants not reported within 24 hours are not eligible for a DOA claim.

  • Our DOA policy does not cover damage due to:

    • Late pickup from the mailbox or porch

    • Improper care after delivery

    • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses

🚚 Shipping Tips

  • Make sure someone is home to receive the package.

  • Open and inspect your plants immediately upon arrival.

We want your plants to arrive thriving—and if they don’t, we’ll make it right.

 

 

We offer 100% DOA protection for all live aquarium plants. Restrictions include sending us photos of any damaged plants within 24 hours and the inclusion of a heat pack during cold weather conditions. 

Plants ordered without a heat pack will not qualify for replacements, refunds or credits. Do do offer free heat packs when plants orders total $59 or more.
