Description
Bolbitis heteroclita 'difformis', commonly called Mini Bolbitis or Dwarf Bolbitis, is a dainty variation of the classic African water fern. Its intricately divided leaves give it a soft, ferny appearance that adds a touch of wild, rainforest flair to any setup. Though it’s often found growing emersed in nature, it adapts well to submerged conditions with good flow and stable water parameters.
Care and Planting Directions
Attach to hardscape—like wood or stone—using thread or glue. Avoid burying the rhizome. While slow-growing, it thrives with a bit of patience, especially in soft, slightly acidic water with consistent conditions.
