United StatesI had a negative experience with trying to return this item. While the description shows the Large is good for up to 55 gal aquariums, I trusted the description without measuring--since I have a 45 gal tank. It's okay if you want to immerse your hands into the water to clean the gravel. If not, order the extra large. If you return, be aware that you will have to pay the postage, and because they have a PO Box the postage will have to go through the USPS and will be much higher. It cost far more for me to return than to keep. I was VERY dismayed that I left several messages with customer service asking for a street address and they never bothered to call back. Since I would order their fish food again, I'm giving them 3 stars to average out the poor customer service.
