After reading the ingredients, I couldn't help but take a chance on this food. I bought the 4mm size for my large severums. They love it. This is now part of their morning staple of foods. I may even try the larger size on the future.

Great for bigger fish
They were larger than I expected but the fish were fine with them. Good stuff! Excellent size for the larger cichlids.
