I was amazed how realistic the background looked when I opened the box. My 2yr old daughter thought it was a big rock in the box. This 3D background has really make my 125 gal aquarium stand out. The the background was cut just as I specified in my order. I'm very happy with my purchase.

amazingly real

I bought 2 panels of UR. Looks very natural. It required a handheld gardening "scissors" to trim. It is bendable to fit into the tank. Their video made it look easier than it is but certainly do-able. I highly recommend it

better then expected

I am ecstatic about how my tank looks after installing the crevice 3d background that I purchased from yourfishstuff. I have been searching for a 3d background for my 110gal cichlid tank for a while. I almost purchased one from another company for twice as much. Thank goodness I waited because this looks fantastic for half of the price. The clips that were included with the background were basically worthless though. They might be fine on a smaller tank but they did not work at all on the 48"x30" background that I installed. I ended up buying a length of 3/4" auto hose from my local hardware store. I cut it lengthwise and opened it up and snapped it across the back holding the background in place. Worked perfectly. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend the 3d background for your tank. It'll transform it into something spectacular....

excellent background!

everything i thought it would be. it takes up about 2inches of the back of the tank, but its a awesome looking thing. Looks so much better than in the pictures. one side note though, fish love to use it as a hiding spot. so dont think your fish did a dissapearing act because it might be behind the background!

great addition!

I was hesitant the color would make my fish look bland. But no , it brought out the colors of my Ilangi's that I so desperately wanted. I did not use silicone or clips. the background just kind of sits along the glass. it is held in place by my filter outlet and 2 rocks. I left about 1-1.5 inches in the back for my fish to take a time out when they need it. My tank is about 21 inches high and this background is a full 18 inches high. I actually like it better this way. Underneath the background I put 2 rocks on opposite ends, to hold it up and the fish swim underneath to get in the back. It is not visible because of decorations , sand and rocks, but I have many opening for the fish to swim to get behind it. Its like an extra bedroom or basement to put all your extra stuff. No stagnant water this way or missed seals of silicone, I can take it out anytime. I installed it with my fish inside in about 5 minutes. Completely bendable and lightweight, not buoyant and stays in place with minimal work. The fish love it too, I think that is why their colors are finally showing!
