Free Shipping Promo YourFishStuff.com offers FREE standard ground shipping via UPS or USPS Parcel Select on orders of $175 or more. Terms and Exclusions: Offer valid only on orders shipping within the contiguous United States. Orders sent to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or other US Territories will not qualify for this promotion. YourFishStuff.com’s FREE shipping promotion does not include products sent in oversized or particularly heavy boxes. Canada and other International orders do not apply to YourFishStuff.com's shipping rates. Shipping charges for returned merchandise is non-refundable. Please read YourFishStuff.com’s Policy below for more information. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. These exclusions are necessary in order for us to be able to offer this type of promotion to our customers. We do our best to discount shipping as much as possible to make buying items from our online store easy and affordable.

Shipping Options

We currently ship using UPS Ground and USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail and Parcel Select as shipment methods. UPS Ground and USPS Parcel Select applies to any residential address in the continental United States and can take up to five business days after leaving our warehouse, depending on your location.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
