Vitamin Rich Nori Seaweed is ideal for marine herbivores such as Tangs and Surgeonfish, Moorish Idols, Parrotfish, Angelfish and herbivorous freshwater fishes such as Tropheus, Mbuna and Goldfish.
The Seaweed used for our Nori sheets is harvested in the Sea of Japan. The certified waters are tested and completely pesticide and contaminant free. After harvest, the seaweed is rinsed, chopped and pressed to dry naturally. The drying temperature does not exceed 85 degrees F. The final process in the production is roasting or toasting to enhance flavor and color. In that process the sheets are heated to about 130 degrees F
Cut or tear off a long strip or chunk of the nori, roll it into a tube shape to help prevent rapid disintegration, then secure it into a veggie or feeding clip and stick it into the tank, positioning it in a low current area.
